Our family has officially converted. No more over-processed pancake mix. Kodiak Cakes are both EASIER than the old stuff, and far more nutritious. And can be found in almost every major grocery store!
Check this out:
1. You literally just add water to the mix. That’s it. If you want to up your protein game even more, you can use milk or eggs, but if you don’t have them on hand, no sweat. Just. Add. Water.
2. These mixes are full of protein, fiber, B vitamins, and antioxidants.
3. Kodiak mixes are made with 100% whole grains.
4. The flapjack and waffle mix comes in eleven different flavors, peanut butter, cinnamon, chocolate, honey oat, etc. The company says that their best selection flavor selection can be found at Target.
5. You can blend in whatever you’d like! I use vanilla, bananas or blueberries and sometimes I stir syrup right into the mix! Griff loves “vanilla berries” (marshmallows) stirred right in!
6. They also make cornbread, muffin, brownie and cookie mixes.
