CRISPY PEANUT BUTTER BARK

Cripsy Peanut Butter Bark

As a family of gourmet confectioners, this simple candy using ingredients that are a little less high end than I’m used to, was a great way for the kids to lend a hand in the family trade. It makes a wonderful, homemade gift for Mother’s Day or treat to serve at a shower or birthday party!

This no-cook candy is sweet, salty and crunchy, and addictive in a way that I’m embarrassed to admit. I finished nearly all of it without sharing. You may need to double the recipe. Though that may be even more dangerous! It is also so easy to make it’s silly. It’s a perfect way to get your kids involved without making a huge mess!
