As a wife and mom of three young boys, I am always on the hunt for simple ways to feed my family, stay organized and feel confident. You’ll see lots of “optional” and “or whatever you’ve got on hand” in my recipes, because most of all, I want you to do what works for you!
I love to laugh and am often guilty of poking fun at myself and my family. I have an aversion to spilled milk and ironically, can’t stand the sound of people eating.
