Once you’ve made this BBQ PULLED PORK, you’ll have likely have lots of leftovers on your hands. As my friend Tommy put it, “who knew pork had such staying power?”
Get creative and put a new spin on taco night! Flour tortillas, a drizzle of barbecue sauce, red onion, cilantro and cheese are my personal favorite. Or go traditional carnitas style with corn tortillas and a simple cilantro and diced onion garnish. Have fun with it! There’s no wrong way to make a taco. Take this opportunity to use up some of the sauces, veggies and shredded cheese in your fridge.
