TOFFEE ICE CREAM PIE

I first created this recipe for our family business, Chapel Hill Toffee, and folks seemed to love it. It’s SIMPLE and a huge crowd pleaser for any summer gathering. It’s also a perfect way to pamper Dads for Father’s Day!

Now of course, I HIGHLY SUGGEST the use of Chapel Hill Toffee or our Griff’s Coffee Toffee in this recipe, but if you must, you could sub in another candy bar of your choice. But you should really use our toffee!
