There aren't strict ingredient amounts for this salad. Use the fruits and nuts as suggestions and build the salad to suit your family's taste. Add grilled chicken or garbanzo beans for a protein boost.
Strip kale leaves off of their tough stems. Using a sharp knife or food processor, finely chop kale into 1/2" size pieces.
Combine kale with fruits, nuts and proteins of your choice! Toss with desired dressing and serve!
