Preheat oven to 350°.
Melt olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until translucent stirring occasionally (approx. 8 min.). Remove from heat and allow to cool.
In a large bowl, combine onion and garlic with breadcrumbs, egg, broth, Worcestershire sauce, sriracha and seasonings. Stir until evenly combined.
To the bowl, add ground turkey. Using your hands, knead turkey and onion mixture until just combined. Do not over work the meat or it will become tough.
Spray a 9" x 5" loaf pan with cooking spray. Press turkey mixture into the loaf pan. Or shape meat mixture into a 9" x 5" loaf and place on a sprayed baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine bbq sauce, sriracha and ketchup. Spread sauce over the meatloaf.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the center of the meatloaf reads 160° degrees.
